I’ve just been loving the “Ombre” look celebrities have been doing with their hair colour lately(dark to light, or light to dark)- at first I just thought it wasn’t intentional… but who am I kidding- everything in Hollywood is intentional (even sex tapes)! Who would ever think of doing an ombre look on your fingernails- “All Lacquered Up” has! Do you know a stylist in Winnipeg who has experience with Ombre highlights? I am new here and dying to get this..but have been told in a few consultations that this is simply roots growing out
have you tried Edward Carriere? or Rouge Salon? or Oxfords (Aveda)? Those are some top notch salons that would have stylists that know what they’re doing!!!
